Pastor Jeff Mabe has faithfully served as the Lead Pastor of Victory Baptist Church since 2011. He is a dynamic preacher and visionary leader who boldly proclaims the Word of God with unwavering conviction and the power of the Holy Spirit. His passion for preaching and shepherding is deeply rooted in a love for God’s truth and a desire to see lives transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ.

•Setting the Vision: He prayerfully seeks God’s direction for the church, providing clear leadership and a strategic vision to fulfill Victory Baptist’s mission of reaching people with the gospel and making disciples.
•Preaching: Pastor Jeff delivers Christ-centered, Bible-based messages that challenge and encourage believers to grow in their faith and walk with God.
•Teaching: He is committed to equipping the church through sound biblical teaching, helping believers understand and apply God’s Word in their daily lives.
•Leading: Pastor Jeff provides leadership across all ministries of the church, mentoring and supporting staff and volunteers to work together in unity for the cause of Christ.
•Preparing: He devotes significant time to prayer and study, ensuring that each message and ministry effort aligns with biblical principles and meets the needs of the congregation.
